Getting Started with MyClassScreen

Set up, customize, and project your first digital classroom display board in under 10 minutes. No tech expertise required.

What is MyClassScreen?

MyClassScreen is an all-in-one digital display canvas built specifically for teachers. Instead of opening multiple browser tabs for timers, name wheels, and calculators, you can arrange these interactive widgets on a single screen and project it for your whole class. It works in any web browser and supports Promethean, Smart Board, ViewSonic, and all digital classroom displays.

Step-by-Step Board Setup

1

Open Your First Board

Navigate to app.myclassscreen.org/board. No registration or signup is required to build a temporary screen. The editor opens with a clean, grid-lined canvas.

2

Add Your First Widget

Look at the bottom toolbar. Click any icon (like the Timer or Name Picker) to add it to your board. Drag the widget from its header to position it, or pull the bottom-right corner to resize.

3

Customize Your Layout

You can place multiple widgets on the screen simultaneously. Change backgrounds using the side settings menu, add title headers, or calibrate microphone thresholds for the sound level tracker.

4

Save Your Board (100% Free)

Click the green Save floppy disk icon in the top right. Enter your name and email to create a free account. Once logged in, you can save unlimited screens (e.g. "Morning Routine", "Math Lab") and load them instantly tomorrow.

5

Project for Your Class

Connect your computer to the classroom projector, TV, or smart board. Press your browser's full-screen button (or F11) to hide the address bar and showcase a clean, premium visual command center.
