About MyClassScreen

Free classroom display tools — made for teachers who need a reliable projected screen without paywalls.

MyClassScreen is a free web toolkit for teachers who project a daily classroom screen: countdown timers, random name pickers, noise meters, dice, traffic lights, drawing boards, polls, and more — arranged on one board you can open in any browser.

Classroom teacher & editor

Teaching guides and comparisons on this site are written by David (Classroom Teacher & Editor, MyClassScreen). David is a classroom teacher and the editor behind MyClassScreen’s teaching guides. He writes practical classroom-display strategies from real classroom use — timers, noise meters, name pickers, and framework-aligned screens (CHAMPS/PBIS) — grounded in product experience and published classroom-management research.

What we believe

  • Core classroom tools should not require a credit card.
  • Students should not need accounts to see a projected timer or noise meter.
  • Microphone-based tools must process audio on-device and say so clearly.
  • Teachers deserve honest pricing, honest dates, and working legal pages.

Editorial standards

Guides and comparisons are written and reviewed by David, a classroom teacher — a named human on every byline, not an anonymous persona. Product claims are checked against the live app before publication. Empirical claims follow a simple rule: named primary source, or delete / reframe as classroom observation.
